Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

- We're currently shipping all over India. To order our products in India, please order from our official website (Ornela.in). We'll soon be available overseas. 

- Shipping is currently free on all orders. (This is a limited-time offer for all customers). 

- After our products pass the process of quality check, we pack them and hand them over to our trusted delivery partners. They bring the order to you at the earliest possible. The product will likely reach you in 5-7 days. In case, the delivery partner is unable to reach you, they will contact you to resolve the issue. 

- Customers can check the status of their order from the "My Orders" section.

- Once we dispatch your order, we send an email with the details of the tracking number and delivery company handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after we dispatch your order from our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

- Customers can return or exchange the product only if the package is unopened and undamaged. A standard delivery charge would apply to return products sent via free shipping. 

- Customers can return or exchange an unopened/sealed package within 15 days of delivery. Before return, the team might ask a video evidence of the unopened package to initiate the return.

- To return/exchange an unopened package, please mail us on ornela.help@gmail.com with your registered email account within 2 days of receiving your package.

- The customer support team will reach out to you within 24 hours and the order will be picked up within 3-4 days. Once we receive the order, we'll initiate the return/exchange process (only if the products are in appropriate condition).

- We do not provide return or exchange on used products keeping in mind the hygiene issues and well-being of our customers. 

- In case the team finds signs of the product being worn after return, no refund would be processed.

- Our products go through rigorous quality checks before shipment. However, in a rare case, when a customer receives an incorrect size/product, the order is eligible for exchange/return.
