We do not offer refunds or accept returns once payment has been made. We kindly request that you choose your size carefully before placing your order.

Returns (Only in Case of Incorrect Item or Size)
We only accept returns in the rare event that:
You receive a wrong item (different from what was ordered), or
You receive a different size than what was selected at checkout.
In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with clear photos, an unboxing video and order details. We will gladly initiate a return or exchange after verifying the issue. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
