Refund Policy

At Ornela, we take great pride in the quality, hygiene, and craftsmanship of our lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns once payment has been made. We kindly request that you choose your size carefully before placing your order.
Please refer to our detailed size guide and reach out to our customer support team if you need assistance with sizing. Ensuring you select the correct size at the time of purchase is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns (Only in Case of Incorrect Item or Size)
We only accept returns in the rare event that:
You receive a wrong item (different from what was ordered), or
You receive a different size than what was selected at checkout.
In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team with clear photos, an unboxing video and order details. We will gladly initiate a return or exchange after verifying the issue. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

All our products go through a rigorous quality check to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Return requests beyond the 48-hour window or for reasons such as sizing mistakes, change of mind, or personal preferences will not be accepted.
