I accidentally ordered the wrong product. What should I do?
You can cancel your order in the My Orders section. In case the order is shipped out, please write to us via the Contact Us page. We will initiate the cancellation and new order process from our side.
Will the parcel show the list/names of items ordered on the package box received?
We follow discreet packaging at Ornela. Thus, the names or lists of products will not show on the box. However, we will send an invoice for the order placed with the details of the products to the email ID from which you've ordered.
Can I change the address in my order?
If the order is not shipped yet, you can change the address by writing to us via the Contact Us page. However, if the order is already shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
